JRA designed a full interior renovation of the lower level and first floor of this Carnegie Library that was originally constructed in the early 1900’s. It use was changed from being a public library to its new use to house the City of Louisville’s youth development departments. Research, seminar, and office functions were designed and built in this beautiful structure. Exterior renovations included roof and exterior fascia reconstruction plus a new accessible ramp system to the lower level.
