At over 46,000 square feet, the Village of Lebanon contains both skilled nursing beds and assisted living residences. Major facilities are shared between the two operations, such as the kitchen, spacious dining, full-service laundry, and large physical therapy areas. Originally a hotel, the assisted living building was renovated to provide both studio and multi-room apartments while also adding communal spaces. A new elevator was added to the second floor to provide accessibility.
The skilled nursing building contains 64 beds and is a mixture of private and semi-private rooms, all with adjoining toilet rooms. Each room is provided a large window which offers scenic views of the surrounding site. Ancillary spaces include communal bathing with whirlpools, administrative suite, staff spaces and lounges, dayrooms, and barber/beauty shop. Additionally, the building was also master-planned for a large expansion in the future.
