Planning is the Foundation. Normally, our work begins with a planning project to analyze and accommodate church goals, site and neighborhood characteristics and constructions, major building elements, and historic settings, all within budgetary limits.
Design is the Solution. The architectural design phase is critical in that the aesthetics of church architecture must transcend all trends and be based on broad, basic principles of design that maintain their effectiveness decade after decade. This timeless quality must be combined with easy operation and maintenance, and the facility constructed within available funding.
Construction Administration is the Reality. Even with an excellent base established by effective planning - and with creative, timeless and functional design - a successful project will require effective administration of the construction process. We help our clients select an appropriate approach to construction (GC or CM) and monitor the construction process all the way through to a successful conclusion. In addition, we remain available for assistance to the church long after the ribbon cutting.
