Vincent Vetter

Mr. Vetter has been with JRA Architects for over 20 years, and is a Principal with the firm. In addition to being a project manager, he is the technical specification coordinator for the Louisville office. Mr. Vetter serves as Project Architect for many of the firm’s multi-million dollar projects, and has successfully guided them from programming and schematic design through construction administration. These projects have included planning and masterplanning for many types of facilities.

In 2009-2010, Mr. Vetter served as a volunteer consultant for the reform of the Jefferson County Public Schools Career & Technical Education Program.

In 1994, Mr. Vetter was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Louisville Board of Alderman in recognition of outstanding contributions to the community for his successful efforts to preserve the historic steeples of St. Therese Catholic Church.

While at the University of Kentucky, Mr. Vetter won the John Ray Memorial Prize for excellence in architectural design, and the Maurice Clay Award for exceptional leadership and service to the College of Architecture. He also won an American Institute of Architects Foundation Scholarship, was a member of Tau Sigma Delta Architectural Honorary Society, and was Vice President and President of the Student Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Vetter is currently a member of the Central Kentucky Chapter of American Institute of Architects.
