WILSON & MUIR BANK PADGETT STREET
For Wilson & Muir Bank in Louisville, JRA Architects designed a new three-story bank facility. The first floor was constructed to house the main utilitarian areas, and the second and third floors were left as shell space for future tenant fit-up. The useable space on the first floor includes the lobby and customer service area, a conference room offices for managers and officers, work room, break room, storage, and vault. The steel construction of the facility ensures the stability and quality of the building. In addition to the structural integrity, the building also features vinyl composition tile, ceramic tile, carpeting, suspended acoustic panel ceilings, and plastic laminate casework that add to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of JRA Architects’ design.
High quality mechanical and electrical systems and technologies such as commercial grade plumbing and HVAC distribution equipment, piping, electrical distribution systems, electrical conductors, and generator. For maximum safety, the building was also outfitted with a system of emergency sprinklers throughout. Outside of the facility, Site work included walks, curbs, a parking area, storm water lines, utility work, and sodding the surrounding landscape.
