First Citizens Bank Mt. Washington

Customer experience is critical to any retail space, and that tenet rings just as true for the banking business. As First Citizens Bank began to expand its footprint in Central Kentucky, JRA Architects was selected to help bring that welcoming experience to the bank’s new branches including one in Mt. Washington, Kentucky.

This new branch is a one-story banking facility featuring a welcoming lobby and customer-service areas, spaces for the branch manager and new accounts and loan officers. Given the success of other similar facilities we had created for the bank, we followed a similar architectural plan and design program for a consistent experience from branch to branch. JRA also facilitated the addition of walkways, curbs, a new parking area, storm water lines, and landscaping that complements the architecture.
