Rob Deal serves as JRA’s President. In this role, Mr. Deal has provided architectural design, project management, specification writing, cost estimating, bidding, construction administration, programming and master planning services to the firm’s clients.

As a design specialist Mr. Deal has performed complex tasks necessary to complete the firm’s largest projects, and is thoroughly experienced in the latest design trends and construction techniques. Rob has a unique talent for managing his energy and turning it into a positive force for both the firm and its clients. Mr. Deal’s skills as a problem solver, consensus builder and team leader are evident to, and admired by, all of his clients and colleagues.

Mr. Deal has demonstrated that he is a very determined individual who meets challenges directly, asks a lot of questions, and identifies, in great detail, the requirements to get the job done. Because he’s worked extensively throughout Kentucky, Rob has had the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of public officials, business owners, developers, and private citizens in order to serve the needs of communities all across the Bluegrass.
