Ms. Hardman serves as Project Manager and Architect at JRA, delivering quality construction documents to the firm’s clients. Her proficiency with building information modeling enables her to lead integrated project teams to achieve a high degree of coordination, saving our clients time and money. Ms. Hardman is an active project manager from the conception of the design to the basics of the construction phase. Her expertise and care for each project have proven valuable to the continuity of a project’s timeline, and her involvement from early design through construction allows for an efficient process. Ms. Hardman’s ability to communicate effectively and promptly with contractors, owners, and consultants allows for confidence in her decisions and actions. She is thoroughly familiar with a number of different building and construction types.
She participates actively in mentorship and leads her project teams with collaboration and trust. She is always willing to lead her team and mentor her peers to help others thrive in their roles.
In 2023, Ms. Hardman was promoted to Associate. JRA is confident that her continued knowledge and expertise will bring added value to projects and clients as she steps into her new role.
